Sajid Dhrolia is a first-generation entrepreneur and the founding partner of Group SNS which is a diverse conglomerate comprising of companies spanning FMCG distribution , HPC manufacturing,  pharmaceuticals, retail, as well as real-estate development.

 

With 25 years of business experience in the DRC, Sajid brings a unique perspective and combination of experience and youthful dynamism that has been the cornerstone of his group’s  robust growth and forward looking vision of being the best in the business.

Suhail is a second generation hotelier and brings over 19 years of experience in strategy, sales, revenue management, digital marketing,  e-commerce and  hospitality operations to CHIC. He has worked with the world's leading hotel companies including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Taj Hotels, The Leela and ITC Ltd which included regional & national leadership positions in India.

 

Prior to joining CHIC, he was running his digital consulting firm in Dubai & India. His primary expertise is in formulating and driving the asset strategy for the group's hotel portfolio to maximize the value of the assets while ensuring conformance with established standards and CHIC’s investment objectives.

Rahim is the director of Vinmart Group of Companies, a reputed commodity trading conglomerate having global operations and strategic business networks across the world.

 

For over 12 years, Rahim has driven the company’s strategic priorities through a lens of operational efficiency, generating value creation and a future-ready approach to drive sustainable growth across the diverse industries ranging from mining, agriculture, manufacturing, IT to power, financial services, Insurance, real estate etc.,. He is actively involved in Muzuri which is bringing international apparel, lifestyle and F&B brands to DRC.

Devender brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with a great track record of delivering results and creating value.

 

He is a commercially focused, strategic and technically skilled leader with an experience in finance transformation in companies, both inside and out of the hospitality sector. In his role as CFO, he has been focused on establishing the synergy in capital allocation and investment strategies.

 

He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.  He also serves as CFO of NAIA Sarl, a real estate and construction company having projects in DR Congo.

After having completed his education in Canada and working with Royal Bank of Scotland, Khalil found his calling in real estate and construction when he returned to DRC to join his father's company and lead the transformation and growth for the future. 

 

17 years later, Khalil serves as the managing director of one of DRC's leading real estate company, largely due to his focus on innovation, client-focused relationships and fiscal responsibility. He is actively involved in Muzuri, which is bringing international apparel, lifestyle and F&B brands to DRC

Khalil (KK)  brings over 18 years of work experience to his role, having worked extensively in civil construction.

 

He has completed projects ranging from hotels, housing complexes, residential, restaurants, roads, etc., most notable being the Fairmont Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, Sierra Leone International Conference centre, Green Community - Jebel Ali, Dubai , Grand Millennium Hotel Dubai & Rotana Hotel Jumeirah, Dubai amongst others. 

 

KK is responsible for the planning, monitoring and execution of any and all related work to the hotel projects on a turnkey basis.
